Niagara born, Niagara built. I treat your file like it is my own, because the way a mortgage is built is what you live with long after the paperwork is done. After guiding hundreds of Ontario families home, and walking through a few of life's bigger plot twists myself, I have learned that people remember whoever made the hard part feel manageable.

How I got here

I come from a long line of Niagara entrepreneurs, so hustle and small-business grit are more or less in my blood. I grew up around the family business and never quite lost the bug.

I became a broker because I was tired of watching good people take a flat no from a single bank when a bit of strategy and the right lender would have produced a confident yes. BRX Mortgage is the brokerage I work under, and through it I reach a wide network of lenders, from the big banks to monolines, credit unions and private funds, so you are never boxed into one institution's menu.

The work closest to my heart is divorce. I earned my Certified Divorce Specialist designation after going through it myself, and as of August 2026 I am the only mortgage broker in Niagara who holds it. I am also an affiliate member of the Divorce Coaches Association of Ontario. I know how foggy and frightening the financial side feels, so I bring real skill and real compassion to spousal buyouts and the decisions around the family home, and I will only ever connect you with people I would want in my own corner.

A few years in, a CliftonStrengths assessment put words to something I already felt. I wanted more balance, and I do my best work living inside my strengths rather than trying to be great at everything. That is the whole reason Fusion exists.

How I work

Every file starts with a conversation, not a form. I want to know what you are actually trying to do, whether that is keep the house, buy the first one, get out from under credit card debt or build a portfolio, because the right mortgage depends on the goal, not the other way round. Then I map the options, including the ones your bank will not mention, and explain the trade-offs in plain language so the decision is yours.

You will hear from me within 24 business hours, every time. I tell you early if something is going to be difficult, I never let a file sit, and I stay in touch after closing, because renewals, refinances and life changes are where a good mortgage plan earns its keep.
