Common questions for mortgage brokers in Niagara and Halton
Do you only serve Niagara and Halton?
No. Those are where we live and where we know the neighbourhoods street by street, but we are licensed across Ontario and carry active files from Ottawa to Windsor. The local knowledge matters for things like appraisals and closing timelines. The mortgage advice does not change with the postal code.
Can we do the whole mortgage process without meeting in person?
Yes, and most people now do. Documents come in securely from your phone, we meet by video or by phone, and signing happens electronically or with a lawyer near you. If you would rather sit across a table, we are happy to do that too, and we will come to you.
Which of you should I contact?
Either. We work as one practice and share every file, so you will not have to repeat yourself. Kelly is in Niagara, Lisa is in the Hamilton area, and we both work across Ontario, so wherever you are, one of us can be there and both of us are on your file. Separation and self-employed files usually start with Kelly. If you are not sure, just book with whoever has the sooner opening.
